Interview at IGN.com
October 1st, 2007 by matt.yocum (2) Marvel Spider-Man Story
Over the weekend I finished my first interview for the Giant-Size Avengers Special #1, this one for IGN.com. It was a lot of fun to chat with them and share the latest on the “Memorial Day” story and talk about comics in general.
To read the full interview, check out http://comics.ign.com/articles/823/823852p1.html.
I’ll be sure to update any more interviews as they happen. I had one other interview over the weekend, a phone interview with the Military Times newspapers (Air Forces Times, Army Times, etc). Not sure when that will be released, but I’ll keep everyone up to date as I find out. Stay tuned here at www.MattYocumComics.com.

Hello matt’
I just read the interview you gave to newsarama, and i wanted to congratulate you on you first published work.
I am a Israeli(living in Netanya, currently serving in Tel Aviv as a military policeman).
and let me tell you that seeing Israel mentoined in comics news site as newsarama isnt common enough.
If you dont mind, when this comic will be out,to sign on it,it would be great.
I really hope your draft about Sabra(or shileld) will eventually see print as well.
so,as they say in Israel -בהצלחה-

Hello matt,
I just want to congratulate about your first published job.
I am Israeli (living in Netanya, currently serving as a military policeman in Tel Aviv)
and it’s sure rare to see Israel mentioned in comic book site as Newsarama.
I also wish you that your other drafts for marvel will make print, And I would also be honored if you’ll sign on the book when it comes out in December.
So as they say here in Israel- בהצלחה בהמשך הדרך
